In 1990, Mr. DeCicco received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he majored in political science and minored in English. Mr. DeCicco then attended Touro Law School, in Huntington, New York, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1994.

Mr. DeCicco is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He has been practicing law since 1995, specializing in personal injury and tort law. He has represented numerous injured clients through all phases of litigation.
