Harvey A. Sackstein is the founding and senior partner of the Nassau County, New York Personal Injury Law Firm of Sackstein Sackstein & Lee, LLP. Mr. Sackstein was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Duquesne University and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1952.

Mr. Sackstein has been practicing law since 1952 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has been a past and present member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice. He has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

For over 60 years, Mr. Sackstein has successfully represented thousands of clients, negotiating settlements of millions of dollars in personal injury cases including a $10 million settlement in 2007 for a pedestrian struck and seriously injured by a motor vehicle. As a key member of our team of personal injury lawyers, Mr. Sackstein also has been instrumental in a number of other successful verdicts and settlements.
